My name is Margaret Bryant and I am a Colorado-based writer, editor, and events professional. Originally from the Tar heel State, I graduated Cum Laude from Elon University in May 2016; receiving my BA in English, concentrating in Creative Writing and Professional Writing and Rhetoric. Following graduation, I relocated to Boulder, Colorado, with the mountains in mind, to work as the Communications Director for Bee Safe Boulder (BSB). Following BSB’s merger with People and Pollinators Action Network (PPAN), I took on the role of a Community Organizer and coordinator of the Pollinator Safe Neighborhood Program. Since 2017, I have been employed at the University of Colorado Boulder as an advancement professional. Currently, I am the Program Manager for Donor Relations and Alumni Engagement for the School of Education at CU Boulder.
I am a woman of the woods, often spending my free-time hiking, climbing, and backpacking. I am an environmentalist and activist to my core. I have a personal passion for the Beat Generation writers and in my free time, research and present at global conferences on the impact and work of the Beat Generation. Please feel free to contact me and explore my LinkedIn for more information.
